We were very pleased with the sale experience both times and will continue to bring our business here for motorcycle, power equipment and future quad purchases. All service & upgrades to our Golding have been handled exclusively by the service department, and we've been pleased with the knowledge, courtesy & professionalism extended to us from both the service & parts staffs. 2 suggestions... 1) Make use of email & other electronic notifications to tell your customers when service has been completed...and also to indicate any delays that may be encountered (shipment of parts, etc). 2) Perhaps find a way to keep your sales & service attendants aware of the total purchases made by their customers when they are engaging with them in the dealership. Maybe create levels of appreciation for customer activity & loyalty in the form of platinum, gold, silver & bronze memberships with the dealership (or something like that), where discounts, limited promotions, etc could be tied to those levels. "

"I have the pleasure of owning a 1986 GL1200 which I have had since new. In recent years I have had problems keeping it running. Jason and his crew have now worked on it three times. Each time finding something different. Each time it has run good for a while. Last summer when it did it's thing they helped me put on a fuel filter and pump. Still had problems. So around Thanksgiving they offered to help again. Here it is spring and good news they figured it out once more. Bad news Honda does not have the part.
